Please accept our apologies, due to carrier disruption, all orders to the UK and returns from the UK are subject to delay.

FREE (DPD) DELIVERY

DPD is experiencing issues related to BREXIT.

Orders originating in Europe are missing their required Customs Classification information in DPD systems.

This has delayed the provision of tracking information and created a backlog in the DPD network which is leading to delays to the final delivery of orders.

Please be assured that the DPD issue is related to customs data and that there are no customs charges related to you order.

We are working with DPD hourly to understand when their issue will be fixed and orders will be delivered.

The tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email is correct, and once the issue at DPD is fixed you will be able to view your delivery information.

Orders were dispatched on time and are fully traceable internally at DPD.

STANDARD & EXPRESS (UPS) DELIVERY

UPS is experiencing issues related to BREXIT

Orders originating in Europe are taking longer than expected to clear UK customs.

We are working with UPS hourly to understand when orders will be delivered.

The tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email will provide the most up to date delivery information on your order.

RETURNS

Returns from the UK to our European warehouse are taking longer than expected due to delays with carrier customs exportation.

The ‘received’ date in your tracking data is the receipt of your return to our UK consolidation facility. It does not indicate receipt back to Michael Kors.

We expect these delays to be temporary and are working hourly with our carriers to return orders as quickly as possible.

Upon receipt back to our European returns facility returns are being processed within an average of one to two business days.

Due to significant BREXIT related volumes and COVID capacity restrictions responses are taking longer than usual. Current response times are 48-72 hours.

Unfortunately, at this time we currently do not offer shipping to countries not on this list. If we do not offer shipping to your country, please use the Store Locator to find your nearest store.

Please note: we are currently unable to ship to the British Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar.

Should you attempt to check out on a site that does not offer shipping to your requested country, you will be transferred to the relevant country site if available. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, which will take you to an online tracking portal, or by contacting a Customer Services representative.

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered Business Days.

** Orders must be placed before 3pm GMT. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will ship on the next business day. Next-Day orders placed before 3pm GMT on Fridays will be delivered on Saturday.

Express and Next-Day Delivery services may not be applicable to all postcodes, the available shipping options will be displayed when you enter your delivery address.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Please note that for our delivery services, a signature will be required. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier will rearrange delivery and you will be notified via the contact information you have provided for this purpose. 

SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Track my Order page under the same order number. You will only be charged one shipping cost per order.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Item Availability

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Services team.

OUT OF STOCK

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and you will not be charged for that item. Our Customer Services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.
