Returns & Exchanges
We have encountered a delay to our normal return times. This means that your refund may take a little longer than normal to be processed. Please accept our apologies for this delay & thank you for your patience at this busy time.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Michael Kors returns form. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of facemasks, swimwear, underwear, jewellery or beauty products where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, nor of custom-made or personalised items (including items that have been monogrammed or engraved).
This Return Policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to withdrawal within 14 days or your statutory warranty.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except as otherwise stated here. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
You have two options for returning or exchanging merchandise purchased online on michaelkors.de, or in store using our in-store assisted selling tool: by mail or in any Michael Kors Store (excluding outlet, concessions or travel retail stores) located in Germany. All returns or exchanges, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries you will have 30 days from the day on which you receive your last delivery for that order.
Option 1: By Post
To return by post, please follow these instructions:
- Visit our Returns Centre to start your return
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare your return for shipment back to our warehouse.
- Post your return package at any Post Office in Germany.
- From here it will go to our local returns management facility and then on to our European returns centre where your return will be processed and refunded.
- Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days. A refund for the item will be made to the original payment method. For exchanges, please place a new order online.
If you have paid by open invoice or direct debit, your refund will be processed by our provider on our behalf, currently Arvato Payment Solutions GmbH.
You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us at Michael Kors cost. Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment. Please note that in the event that you choose another courier or shipping service to return your item rather than use the pre-paid returns label, except in the case of defective or nonconforming product, you will be liable for the cost of return. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to claim the effective loss on value of the goods, deducting it from the refund If you have lost your returns form or your pre-paid returns label please contact Customer Services who will be able to email you another.

Option 2: In Store
Visit our Returns Centre and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate your in store return.
You can return or exchange items purchased at michaelkors.de, or in store using our in-store assisted selling tool, in any Michael Kors Store (excluding outlet, concessions or travel retail stores) located in Germany. You will need to present your returns form or your order shipment email at the time of the return or exchange. Note that in-store exchanges are subject to inventory availability in that store. Subject to the below exceptions, credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Please note that any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card. If you wish to receive a refund to your PayPal account, you must return your order by post.
Purchases made by Klarna, Open Invoice or Direct Debit cannot be returned to store. They can only be returned by post.
The above in-store return policies also apply to orders that were bought online and collected in a store.
RETURNING a Gift
Gifts can be returned by post or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by post, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.
