WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

michaelkors.de accepts the following payment type for online purchases:

  • American Express
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Michael Kors Gift Card

If paying by card or PayPal, an authorization hold for the total amount of your order is placed on the payment method at the time of order placement, but you will not be charged until your order ships. If your payment is not authorized you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment.

For customers in Germany Klarna offers the option to pay for your order up to 30 days after delivery, in instalments, Direct Debit or via online bank transfer (Sofort). For more information, please click here.

Our checkout process uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey, where applicable, to verify your online transaction.

Please note that not all payment methods can be used for every type of order – the payment methods applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

Please also note in the event that you wish to return an item, any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card.

Purchases made by Klarna cannot be returned to store. They can only be returned by post.

WHAT IS KLARNA?

Klarna is a global payment solutions company that provides customers with a simpler and seamless buying experience. If Klarna is available as a payment option in your country, it will show up as an option at checkout. Choose the Klarna payment option that works best for you and accept the terms. You will know in seconds if you are approved by Klarna and can complete your purchase. The order amount will be added to your Klarna monthly statement. Klarna is an independent payment company and the determination whether your order can be placed with Klarna's payment options is at Klarna’s discretion. I'VE RECEIVED A STATEMENT, BUT I’VE NOT YET RECEIVED MY GOODS.

After we have processed your order, Klarna will send you an email statement with payment instructions, telling you when and how you will need to pay. You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please contact our Customer Service representatives. If you have any questions about extending your payment period, please contact Klarna's Customer Service to postpone the due date on your payment.

HOW DO RETURNS AND REFUNDS WORK WITH KLARNA?

Purchases made using Klarna payment options can only be returned by post. If you have a question about your balance or payments with Klarna, please contact Klarna Customer Service.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY STATEMENT, WHEN I’VE RETURNED THE GOODS?

Please find our Return Policy here. Once we have received the eligible return (partial or full) you will receive a confirmation of this from us. If you’ve made a partial return, Klarna will send you an updated statement. With a full return, your Klarna statement will be closed.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY STATEMENT/PAYMENT INFORMATION.

DOES KLARNA RECEIVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain of your personal information, such as name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, date of birth, bank account or card details, personal ID number and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, which will take you to an online tracking portal, or by contacting a Customer Services representative.

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer up to 4 shipping methods for online orders in Germany: (1) Free Delivery, (2) Standard Delivery, (3) Express Delivery and (4) Next-Day Delivery. The products will be delivered within 30 days from when we confirm your order.

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered Business Days. Please note: in the event that your order is held for review, there may be a delay in the shipment of your order.

** Orders must be placed before 4pm CET. Orders placed after 4pm CET will ship on the next business day. Next-Day orders placed before 4pm CET on Fridays will be delivered on Saturday.

Express and Next-Day Delivery services may not be applicable to all postcodes, the available shipping options will be displayed when you enter your delivery address.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses, PO Boxes, freight forwarders and consolidation warehouse addresses.

Please note that for our delivery services, a signature will be required. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier will rearrange delivery and you will be notified via the contact information you have provided for this purpose

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Unfortunately you cannot make changes once an order is placed.

WHAT IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY SELECTION? CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return & Exchanges Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of facemasks, swimwear, underwear, jewellery or beauty products where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, nor of custom-made items. 

This Return Policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to withdrawal within 14 days or your statutory warranty.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except as otherwise stated here. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

You have two options for returning merchandise purchased online on michaelkors.de:by post or in store. All requests for the return or exchange of an online order, whether by post or in store, must be made within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries you will have 30 days from the day on which you receive your last delivery for that order.

Option 1: By Post

To return by post, please follow these instructions:

  1. Visit our Returns Centre to start your return
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare your return for shipment back to our warehouse.
  4. Drop off your return at your local Post Office. From here it will go to our UK returns management facility, and then on to our European returns center where your return will be processed and refunded.
  5. Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of package at our return facility. A refund for the item will be made to the original payment method.

You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us at Michael Kors cost. Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment. Please note that in the event that you choose another courier or shipping service to return your item rather than use the pre-paid returns label, except in the case of defective or nonconforming product, you will be liable for the cost of return.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to claim the effective loss on value of the goods, deducting it from the refund.

Option 2: In Store

You will need to present your original order packing slip or your order shipment email at the time of the return or exchange.

You can return or exchange items purchased at michaelkors.de in any Michael Kors Store (excluding outlet, concessions or travel retail stores) located in Germany. Note that in-store exchanges are subject to stock availability in that store. Subject to the below exceptions, credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Please note that any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card. If you wish to receive a refund to your PayPal account, you must return your order by post.

Purchases made by Klarna cannot be returned to store. They can only be returned by post.

The above in-store return policies also apply to orders that were bought online and collected in a store.

WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please visit our dedicated Returns Centre to print a shipping label which can be used to return the merchandise at no additional costs. Post your return package at any Post office in Germany.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If you are using both a Gift Card and another payment method to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using another payment method. For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

IF I GIVE A GIFT TO SOMEONE, CAN THAT PERSON RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Gifts can be returned by post or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by post, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

WILL MY ORDER INCLUDE VAT?

The pricing quoted on the site includes VAT (where applicable) at the rate in Germany on the day on which you place your order on the site. The prices quoted exclude shipping charges which are quoted separately and can be found in the Shipping & Delivery Information page. The final price of your order, including any shipping cost, will be communicated to you in your order summary before placing your order.

I LIVE OUTSIDE GERMANY. CAN I ORDER FROM MICHAELKORS.DE?

Merchandise ordered on michaelkors.de can be shipped to addresses in Germany. For orders to other countries, please visit the relevant Michael Kors site for your country.

CAN I SEE MY ORDER HISTORY WITH MICHAELKORS.DE?

You must be a registered account holder on michaelkors.de to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes both online and in-store purchases. The orders displayed are only those made after establishing your account.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE IS BEST FOR ME?

Size guides are available for all clothing and shoes. You can find them on the product detail pages under the Choose Size drop down menu.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT AN ITEM?

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

Your order is not confirmed and we do not bill your payment method until your order ships. If you placed an order that was submitted but not accepted, cancelled, or is still processing, you may still see a pending charge on your method of payment. You can track your order at any time online via our Order Status page.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Services team.

Creating an account on michaelkors.de can maximize your shopping experience and make your use of the site more convenient. Also, certain features and benefits of our website are only available if you register an account.
